BOOTCAMPS

signature class series

Strength, endurance, power and core stability through a heart pumping, hybrid workout. Our Signature CORE CLUB Class - this is an ALL-IN session that will be the staple of your training. Be prepared to experience a different workout each class with a cardio component x with strength component using free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension straps, battle ropes and more … It will leave you smiling while you are torching fat and burning calories for hours after sweating. (All levels welcome!)

HIIT TRIFECTA

putting the F-U- in FUN

With a cardio baseline your heart rate will hold, your endurance will build, and your mind and body will be challenged for the full duration of class. The two strength components of the trifecta are the core of the workout to build that sweet lean muscle mass that this year is sure to deliver. The HIIT Trifecta series is designed for all fitness levels and changes class to class, week to week. You are in control of how hard you go. Includes longer and shorter intervals, a mix of endurance, speed, and power training, and intermittent bursts of strength training on the floor. This class is one for big time RESULTS and will soon be a staple of your training regime.

Train like an athlete. The trifecta of Power+Speed+Agility training to develop increased strength, speed, better rotational power, and greater reaction time. This is a strength, glut & core based workout with a focus on heavier lifting and plyometrics. A training boost for recreational hockey enthusiasts, weekend warrior ski-team wannabes, and those who just want that nice strong core and backside all year long. Expect to improve your balance, flexibility and coordination - and then win at life.

The “workout of the day” for the core.
We post it, we coach it, you kill it.

X-Fit-inspired WOD Camps led by certified Crossfit coaches. Each class will challenge you to give an all-out, one hundred percent effort that’ll not only boost your metabolism, but your mood and badass factor - boosting your confidence and productivity for the rest of the day.

Each class is designed to enable you to work at your own intensity and pace with the assurance of great coaches that, quite literally, have your back.

Aerobics are back!

Old School studio Aerobics meets Dancehall HIIT training? (Is that a thing? Yes, we think so.) Pumping music fires up the club for this high energy, FUN, total body workout. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting to get more HIGH.

THUMP [ 30-min BOOTY+Core ]

“I like em round, and big..” A high intensity burn of a music-inspired bodyweight workout designed to get that lift, shape, and Bootylicious vibe rolling in our backsides. Thighs and abs are not left behind - the finishing move on this class is a solid ab workout designed to tighten and flatten.

CLUB RIDE is a high energy class that’ll take you on a 45-minute cardiovascular journey allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, RIDE focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that’ll leave you sweaty and high on endorphins.

If you want more - take your RIDE up a notch, and pair the 45-minute CLUB RIDE with the HIIT Trifecta!
