Strength, endurance, power and core stability through a heart pumping, hybrid workout. Our Signature CORE CLUB Class - this is an ALL-IN session that will be the staple of your training. Be prepared to experience a different workout each class with a cardio component x with strength component using free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension straps, battle ropes and more … It will leave you smiling while you are torching fat and burning calories for hours after sweating. (All levels welcome!)

With a cardio baseline your heart rate will hold, your endurance will build, and your mind and body will be challenged for the full duration of class. The two strength components of the trifecta are the core of the workout to build that sweet lean muscle mass that this year is sure to deliver. The HIIT Trifecta series is designed for all fitness levels and changes class to class, week to week. You are in control of how hard you go. Includes longer and shorter intervals, a mix of endurance, speed, and power training, and intermittent bursts of strength training on the floor. This class is one for big time RESULTS and will soon be a staple of your training regime.
